Any foodservice operation can enroll.  

It’s important to know that the account belongs to the foodservice operation, not any one individual. Individuals such as the business owner, purchasing agent or other authorized decision makers can be associated with the account, but individuals cannot enroll in the program independently.  

If you do not know if your operation qualifies, contact us and we will help you. 

One more note – If you represent a childcare facility or a public/private K-12 institution or CACFP supported meal program, you should instead enroll in Cool School Cafe, a program designed specifically for child nutrition operations.

Once claimed, Real Foodservice Rewards Points can be redeemed in our vast Rewards Marketplace.  It’s like shopping for merchandise on Amazon, booking travel on Expedia, finding event tickets on Ticketmaster, downloading music from iTunes, or obtaining movie tickets on Fandango – all for free!

While we work with your distributors and suppliers to gather purchase verification, Erni™ will find other ways that you can earn points.  In most cases this can be quicker, but please allow up to 8 weeks for points on eligible purchases to become available to claim in your online rewards account.
